My main role is Assistant Chaplain at Marlborough College, and Resident House Tutor in New Court. However, also you may see me in one or more other capacities in Marlborough, and beyond.
Community involvement:
- Chair of Governors Marlborough St Mary’s Primary School
- Treasurer of the Marlborough Area Poverty Action Group
- Trustee of the Marlborough Brandt Group
- Young Vocation Champion Salisbury Diocese
My main interest is trying to articulate what it means to be human. This finds its expression mostly in my preaching, but also in other ways:
- Leading retreats and quiet days, for example based on the theology of St Augustine
- Research and teaching focussed on rural church communities and their buildings
- Giving lectures and talks about the relationship between science and faith
